Namma Safety — Private Pilot Terms
Draft for the private India pilot · Prepared 16 September 2026 · Call-flow wording updated 5 October 2026
The open decisions marked below still need review before these policies can be approved and take effect.
1. Who operates the pilot
Namma Safety is operated by Argent Nexus Communications.
Indian operator: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Registered street address: Awaiting confirmation before final publication.
Contact: support@nammasafety.com.
These terms cover the invited customers and advocates using Namma Safety’s apps and website for the private pilot in India. Read them together with the Privacy Policy. The final terms must be made available for acceptance before participation.
2. What the pilot provides
The pilot allows a small group of invited people to try requesting help, connecting with an advocate, joining a recorded call, and keeping material associated with a request. Participation is for 5–10 known people in total, counting customers, advocates and administrators, using simulated cases only on Android and iPhone. There is no fixed pilot duration.
Public operation is intended to have paid advocate coverage around the clock. The roster and spoken-language coverage still need verification. Customers select a language they comfortably speak; only available eligible advocates who speak that language receive the request. Geography does not filter matching. The first advocate to accept wins, and the other offers close. If no advocate accepts within the configured wait, the customer can retry or cancel without charge. There is no call-centre escalation for missing advocate availability.
If the app’s live call fails, the designated pilot phone fallback is not currently configured; check the support option shown in your app. Phone and internet charges from your provider may apply.
3. Emergencies and legal support
Namma Safety is a private support service. It does not dispatch police, ambulances, or fire services. For an immediate emergency in India, call 112. Do not rely on a pilot notification or an unanswered app request as confirmation that emergency help is coming. Government emergency-service information.
Information displayed by the app is general information. Advice about your circumstances must come from an appropriately qualified advocate. Creating an account, submitting a request, or being matched does not by itself establish an agreement for representation, a court filing, or ongoing legal work. Any such engagement, scope, and fees must be agreed separately with the advocate.
No particular legal outcome is promised. Uploaded material and recordings are not guaranteed to be admissible in a proceeding. The recording and involvement of service providers also mean you should discuss confidentiality and privilege with the advocate before sharing information where those issues matter.
4. Joining and protecting your account
Use the phone number you were invited with and keep your account details accurate. Protect your password and access to your email, phone and device. Do not share accounts or use another person’s identity. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Participants must be at least eighteen, including exactly eighteen. On first use, provide your date of birth for the eligibility check; this is not identity verification. Do not invite additional people without having them added to the pilot.
5. Using the pilot responsibly
When running an arranged test, make sure the people involved know that it is a test. Use only recordings, files, and contact details that you are entitled to provide. This private pilot is limited to simulated cases; do not use real customer incidents or unrelated personal information.
Do not use the service to threaten, harass, impersonate, make deliberately false reports, send malicious files, access another person’s account or case, or disrupt the service. Do not trigger alerts to unrelated people as part of a test.
If you add an emergency contact, tell them what the service may send them and keep their details current. An alert sent by the service is not a guarantee that its recipient has seen it or acted on it.
6. Live calls and recording
Live audio and video support is recorded. New live calls show every participant the recording notice before their camera or microphone is shared. There is no separate recording-acceptance prompt for those calls. Earlier sessions retain the recording requirements shown for that session. Notice display, device permission and accepting a price are not recorded as explicit recording consent. The whole session is recorded for case support, evidence preservation and quality moderation, independently of billing mode. Real recordings are not reused for staff training, AI-model training or research; use staged practice calls for training.
You can choose not to join or leave a call at any time. If another person will appear or speak during the session, pause and arrange for their informed agreement before involving them. Do not secretly record others through the service.
If the service cannot safely continue its required recording process, live support may stop and the phone fallback will be offered. An ordinary phone call is separate from the app’s recording system; anyone proposing to record it must explain that and obtain the required agreement first.
Leaving the call does not erase what was already recorded. Requests about existing recordings are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
7. Your material and confidentiality
Argent Nexus CommunicationsYou keep any rights you hold in the material you submit. You give Argent Nexus Communications permission to store, copy, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate the service, support the related request, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your material or authorise unrelated advertising use. Tell support if you believe material has been shared incorrectly or submitted without authority.
Only access material you are authorised to see. Do not share another participant’s private information, recordings, or case material outside the purpose for which access was given, except where applicable law requires or permits it. Keep your own copy of any original material you may need.
8. Responsibilities of advocates
Advocates must provide accurate professional details and accept work only within their qualifications and ability to assist. They must identify conflicts, protect confidential information, explain the scope of any advice or representation, and follow their professional obligations.
Availability settings should reflect whether the advocate can respond. Advocates must not imply that an unanswered request has been accepted or that a filing, police report, or legal action has been completed when it has not.
9. Charges
Pilot balances and the advocate test prices shown in the app use Practice credits. Administrators can adjust grants and test settings for simulated use. No real payment or payout is authorized by this draft.
After an advocate accepts the request, the customer sees that advocate’s exact price and must accept it before joining. An entry consultation fee applies only when the participants connect, covering initial guidance and immediate intervention or resolution. There is no fixed thirty-minute initial session. A quick resolution incurs no additional per-minute fee.
Either participant may propose extended per-minute work. Both must agree before metering starts, with no retroactive per-minute charges. If the customer declines, the advocate finishes the initial guidance and wraps up without extra billing. Unanswered or unconnected requests have no consultation charge. Retries and reconnections must not duplicate the entry charge.
Still pending: Commercial prices and credit terms, detailed refund rules, payment collection and advocate payouts still require approval. Pilot settings and manual Practice-credit adjustments do not establish approved real-money prices, refunds or payouts.
10. Reliability and responsibility
The pilot may contain faults or experience interruptions. Calls, messages, location readings, and uploads depend on devices, permissions, connectivity, service providers, and available staff. A saved request or sent message does not guarantee that a person has responded.
We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuse fraud, wilful misconduct, or duties that the law does not allow us to avoid. No arbitrary liability cap is included in this draft.
11. Leaving, suspension, and the end of the pilot
You can stop participating and request account deletion through the customer app or support@nammasafety.com. Your request starts a thirty-day countdown for account and profile removal. Case records, recordings, evidence and necessary restricted case identity are kept separately as explained in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app does not delete information held by the service.
We may limit or suspend access to address misuse, protect participants, comply with law, or end the pilot. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and how to contact support about it. If the pilot ends, we will explain the arrangements for existing requests and retained material. Applicable preservation obligations may continue after an account is closed.
12. Questions, disagreements, and changes
Contact support@nammasafety.com about a problem with the service or these terms. This does not prevent you from using a complaint process, regulator, or court available under applicable law.
Draft decision — company jurisdiction: Confirm the company’s registration jurisdiction and obtain legal review before adding a governing-law or court clause. This draft does not impose arbitration or a foreign forum.
Material changes will be explained before they apply. Where fresh agreement is needed, we will ask for it. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
